Where It All Began
The Foundation Years
Angelo entered the screen printing industry driven by raw curiosity and a passion for craft. Working across small and mid-sized print shops in northern Italy, he immersed himself in every dimension of the trade — from emulsion chemistry and mesh selection to ink formulation and press mechanics.
These early years were not glamorous, but they were foundational. Every problem solved on a production floor became a lesson that would later be distilled into training programs and technical manuals read by professionals worldwide.
Author, Educator, Authority
The 2000s marked Angelo's transition from skilled practitioner to recognised educator. His first technical manuals were published and quickly adopted as reference texts across Italian and European print shops — filling a gap in professional literature that had long existed in the industry.
He developed structured training programs that paired deep theoretical grounding with practical, hands-on production experience. This methodology — rigorous yet accessible — became his professional trademark and the foundation of what would eventually become Accademia Serigrafica.
